Contraindications
No KCR is to be done after the First Trimester in a pregnancy, or if there have been any difficulties in conception or pregnancy.
If you have Osteogenesis imprefecta do not perform KCR. Osteoporosis is not contraindicated but the procedure might be gentle and within the persons limitations.
If you had had a recent stroke within the last 12 months, then get physician clearance before proceeding.
Post –surgically if still under surgeon/ consultant care you should get clearance from your surgeon/ consultant before proceeding.
